NetserveTechnologies Refund Policy

At NetserveTechnologies, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality tools, reliable app marketing services, and up-to-date information about the latest technological innovations around the world. We value your trust and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every product and service we offer. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

1. Digital Products (Tools & Software)

All tools and software products purchased through NetserveTechnologies are delivered digitally. As digital products cannot be physically returned, we do not offer refunds once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or activated.

However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the product as advertised, you may contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will first attempt to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved and it is determined to be a fault of the product, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incompatibility with your devices not mentioned in the product description

  • Failure to read the product details or system requirements

2. Marketing Services (App Promotion & Viewer Engagement)

Marketing services, including app promotion, audience targeting, and content distribution, are provided on a service basis and involve strategic planning and resource allocation. Therefore, refunds for marketing packages are generally not provided once the service has commenced.

If you cancel a marketing service before work has begun (within 24 hours of order placement), you may be eligible for a full refund. Once the marketing campaign has started, the fee becomes non-refundable due to the immediate deployment of resources and tools.

In case of dissatisfaction with results, we encourage you to contact our customer success team. We’ll review the campaign performance and, where appropriate, offer adjustments or credits toward future services.

3. Technology News & Subscription Services

Our tech news updates and reader services may be offered as part of a subscription plan. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. If you cancel within 3 days of starting a new subscription and have not accessed premium content, you may be eligible for a full refund.

No refunds will be granted for partially used subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

4. Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
